Deflazacort 6 mg Tablets
 

: A Glucocorticoid comparable to other anti-inflammatory
   steroids.
: Possesses anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive
   properties.
: Useful in treating a variety of diseases.
: Clinical studies have indicated that the average potency
   ratio of Deflazacort to Prednisolone is 0.69-0.89

• Severe allergic reactions
• Asthma
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Inflammatory eye disorders
• Inflammatory skin disorders
• Acute and lymphatic leukaemia
• Cancer of the lymph nodes

Dosage :

Allergic and Inflammatory disorder

Adult:  Initially, up to 120 mg daily.

              Maintenance 3-18 mg / Day

Child:  0.25-15 mg/Kg/Day given on alternate days.
